Working Hours and Fees
- Monday – Sunday: 09:00 – 18:00
- 18:01 – 22:59: fee of 20 EUR for pick-up or return.
- 23:00 – 08:59: fee of 25 EUR for pick-up or return.
- 24.12, 25.12, 01.01 and Easter: fee of 25 EUR.
Delivery/pick-up within Sofia city is available for an additional fee.
Age and Documents
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Maximum age: 79 years
Required Documents
- Valid ID card or passport
- Valid driving license
- Credit or debit card (VISA / MasterCard)
Sofia Airport (T1 and T2): free transfer to our office in ~3 minutes.
What is Included in the Price
- 24-hour car rental
- Unlimited mileage (not valid for 0 BUDGET and SIMPLE PACK)
- Seasonal equipment; winter equipment at no extra charge
- Third-party liability insurance
- Full CASCO insurance (liability up to the deposit amount)
- Vignette for Bulgaria (not valid for 0 BUDGET)
- Second driver
- 20% VAT
- The vehicle is delivered washed (not valid for UNLIMITED and KEY N DRIVE)
- Free roadside assistance in Bulgaria in case of technical failure
Airport Instructions
- Burgas Airport: representative in the “Arrivals” hall with a sign bearing the client’s name. The vehicle is delivered at the airport.
- Sofia Airport: representative with a company logo sign, followed by a free transfer to the office.
- Varna Airport: representative in the “Arrivals” hall with a sign bearing the client’s name. The vehicle is delivered at the airport.
- Plovdiv Airport: representative in the “Arrivals” hall with a sign bearing the client’s name. The vehicle is delivered at the airport.
Additional Equipment (upon request)
- Travel abroad fee: from 95 EUR one-time (power of attorney, green card)
- Garmin navigation: 4 EUR/day, max 40 EUR
- Child seat 0-9 kg: 14 EUR/day, max 140 EUR
- Child seat 9-18 kg: 4 EUR/day, max 40 EUR
- Child seat 18-36 kg: 3 EUR/day, max 30 EUR
- Snow cables/chains: 30 EUR per rental period (kept by the client)
- 4G USB modem: 4 EUR/day, max 40 EUR
- AUX cable: 0.50 EUR/day
- USB adapter: 0.50 EUR/day
Car Rental with Driver
- 75 EUR for an 8-hour working day
- 15 EUR for each additional started hour (25 EUR/hour for luxury vehicles)
- 15 EUR/day per diem expenses for travel outside the city
- For overnight stays outside Sofia, the renter pays the driver’s accommodation
- Fuel is at the renter’s expense
Payment and Cancellation
Payment methods:
- Cash
- Bank transfer
- Credit/debit card: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, V PAY, MasterCard, Maestro (no additional fees)
- PayPal (-4% discount)
Cancellation: if a prepaid reservation is canceled, a voucher is issued for the same amount as the prepaid sum.
