Rental Conditions

Working hours:

Monday – Sunday
09:00 – 18:00
For pick-ups and drop-offs between 18:01 – 22:59 an additional fee of 20 EUR will be applied.
For pick-ups and drop-offs between 23:00 – 08:59 an additional fee of 25 EUR will be applied.
A fee of 25 EUR for pick ups and drop off on the following dates:
24.12, 25.12, 01.01 and Easter.

Requirements: 

All drivers must provide a valid driving license held for at least one year along with a valid passport or ID card. Photocopied or sent by fax licenses are not acceptable.
Driver’s age: The minimum driver’s age is 21 years. Minimum 2 years of driving experience. The maximum age for renting a vehicle is 79 years old.

What’s included:

• 24 hours of car rental
• Unlimited Mileage /NOT VALID FOR 0 BUDGET and SIMPLE PACK/
• Equipment of the vehicle (depending on the season – The winter equipment is for FREE) 
• Third-Party Liability
• Full Insurance (rent-a-car insurance – CDW + TP). In case of theft or accident, the client is responsible up to the deposit/excess amount
• Road tax for all roads in Bulgaria /NOT VALID FOR 0 BUDGET/
• Second driver (FREE of charge)
• 20% VAT – INCLUDED
• The car is given cleaned and it is expected to be returned clean. /NOT NECESSARY FOR UNLIMITED AND KEY N DRIVE/
• Free roadside assistance in Bulgaria in case of technical breakdown

Delivery and collection of the vehicle:

Delivery/Collection within Sofia limits will be for an additional charge of €19,99 for the period 01.06 – 30.09!

Delivery and collection within Sofia cost €10. If you want pick up or drop off from different locations, you can contact our “Reservations” department for more information.

Airport pick-up instructions:

Bourgas Airport – Meet and Greet (Our representative will be waiting for the client in the arrivals hall with the client’s name written on a board. The car will be delivered at the airport.)

Sofia Airport – Shuttle service (Our representative will be waiting for the client in the arrivals hall with a sign of our company’s logo. Free shuttle service from the airport to our office will be provided to the client for free.)

Varna Airport – Meet and Greet (Our representative will be waiting for the client in the arrivals hall with the client’s name written on a board. The car will be delivered at the airport.)

Plovdiv Airport – Meet and Greet (Our representative will be waiting for the client in the arrivals hall with the client’s name written on a board. The car will be delivered at the airport.)

Additional equipment (only requested):

• Travelling abroad – from €79
• Navigation system (Garmin Lifetime) – €4 per day, but not more than €40 for the rental period
• Navigation system (Garmin Lifetime) – €4 per day, but not more than €40 for the rental period
• 4G Mobile broadband (USB Modem) – €3 per day, but not more than €30 for the rental period
• Baby seat – €5 per day, but not more than €50 for the rental period
• Toddler seat – €4 per day, but not more than €40 for the rental period
• Booster seat – €3 per day, but not more than €30 for the rental period
• Snow chains – €3 per day but not more than €30 for the rental period
• AUX IN Cable – €0.50 per day
• USB Charger adapter –  €0.50 per day

Car Hire with chauffeur:

• €40 for 8 working hours
• €15 for every additional hour (€25 per hours for luxury car rentals with chauffeur)
• €15 per day for travel expenses for the driver when travelling out of Sofia
• All hotel expenses, when travelling out of Sofia, for the driver have to be covered by the renter
• Fuel expenses have to be paid by the renter

Cancellation Policy:

If a client wants to cancel a reservation, which was already prepaid, a voucher for the equivalent of the prepaid amount will be provided.
